Before her career in music, Alberta-born pop singer Laur Elle competed internationally as a professional gymnast. When she was forced to retire at 16, she threw herself into songwriting with the same discipline she applied to her sport. Now, she's released her debut album, Delayed Reaction. Elle talks to Q's Tom Power about her switch from athlete to artist, and previews one of her latest singles, Easy Way Out.
